Prices
The prices are in EURO per day / apartment including operating costs, crockery, (heating), bed linen and towels (exclusive of local tax). W-LAN (Internet) is available for free throughout the house.
The local tourist tax will be charged separately: € 2,20 per person / day (persons over 15 years)
The final cleaning is a flat rate and is charged once: € 70,- to € 120,- (staggered 2-6 people).
For stays of less than 3 nights, we charge a 10% short stay supplement.
Reduction: Children up to 2 years are free!
We are happy to provide you a travel cot and a highchair for free (on request)!
CHECK-IN:
Our apartments are ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Please let us know in advance when you are about to arrive - thank you!
CHECK OUT:
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 9am at the latest.

In the case of a booking you will receive a confirmation on our part, at the same time a deposit of 30% of the total travel price is due. The confirmed booking will only gain validity after we receive your deposit. Of course, we will deduct the deposit you have paid on settlement of the total bill. We ask you to pay in cash on the spot - on arrival. It is also possible to transfer the payment before arrival.
